MY NIGHT WITH DEVIN!!!

So today, me and Devin went to the mall. =] It was so much fun. I saw a lot of my friends, like Sheyenne, and Sean, and Stephanie, and Derek. It was fun. We went shopping at Hollister, and I bought a new hoodie. And we went to lots and lots of places. It was really fun. Here are some of our pics...

First, we went to Coldstone Creamery and had some yummy yummy ice cream!

Then I needed to go get gas. And Devin was amused by taking pictures of me while pumping gas. lol.

It says pump is on. Indicating that I am indeed actually pumping gas. In the freezing cold 22 below zero temperature!!! HAHA!!!! I needed some though. Its better to stand in the freezing for a few minutes, than to run out and be stuck in the freezing.

This next photo is of a manikin at American eagle!!! Whoever dressed it had forgotten to pull the shirt all the way down. lol. I was walking with Devin in the mall and started laughing really hard. I was like, "DEVIN! LOOK! HAHA!!" and she was like, "what am i looking at?" lol. and Then she noticed. We both were standing in the middle of the mall cracking up. Other people walked by and didn't notice and had no clue why we were laughing so hard. But, we knew why we were laughing. and we took a photo to share with you, and maybe you can laugh a little bit too, at the topless manikin in the widow at American eagle. =]

This next one is one of my new favorites of me and my best friend. Here we are at wet seal, trying on some amazing glasses that we found. HAHA!!! we look gorgeous don't we? Yes. We do. =] I know.

The last one that I have to share with you all is this one of us at target. I don't like this picture as much as I love the one above it. But we still look gorgeous in this one too. =]

YUMMAY!!!

so today. I hung out with my best best friend!!! We went shopping, and out for ice cream, and we had lots of fun. And while we were out we stop at target. And I was really craving some sierra mist, and some gummy bears. So... I bought some!!! =] And that is my picture for today. =] my sierra mist bottle, and my gummy bears. They were so yummy, but now my tummy hurts. I'm going to post a few more pictures of my evening later. I just had to put this picture up now for my picture of the day.

FINALS WEEK!

Today marks the beginning of finals week. That means that this Thursday and Friday I have final exams. These wonderful tests are worth 20% of my grade. Because Harlem is amazing I have Blocks, which are even more amazing. So I only have to worry about four classes. Although next year this will not be the case, but I am going to enjoy Block scheduling while I can. So Thursday I have a Spanish 2 Final, and I also have my Honors English 10 Acc. final. Then this Friday I have my Honors Geometry Acc. Final and then I have choir so I will not have two finals that day, only one. Today was such a busy day at school. I had a quiz in geometry, a presentation that I needed to have memorised in Spanish, then in choir we had voice testing, and in English we had to memorise a poem. Today was crazy, but I got through it. And now I need to prepare for my finals. My phone is off, and my books are out. Now I just need to go study. =] For my picture of the day, I took a photo of my books. It seemed fitting because my day is completely revolving around school.

So...

Last year when i first started this, well... Let's just say, I didn't post very often last year. But, this year, starting right now, I am going to try very very hard to post ALOT! Okay? okay. I don't have much to say right now. But I think I am going ti put a picture up of each of my days. And tell you about the picture. I t sounds like a good idea to me. And my mommy will be happy. =]

CAN IT BE???

YES! I am posting!!!! Okay, so I have a very funny story to tell all of you. Well, I thought it was funny at first, that was until I was hit with the after math. Here goes my story. So today in gym class after doing our usual warm-up my class and a few students from other classes went upstairs to the weight room... like the place where you work out on tread mills, and you lift weights up there. So anyways, we were up there for gym and in the weight room there are two sets of doors that you can use to enter and exit the room. On one side there is a set of stairs that takes you down into the hallway then into the gym that leads you to the girls locker room. The other set of doors leads you straight to the gym that takes you to the locker room. I needed to get to the locker room so I could change and then go to lunch. I was very hungry today after working out so much in gym. =] So when the teacher released us, many student went out the door that takes you too the hallway. Actually, everybody went that way except for 6 girls. The much faster way is to go out the other way. Then you just go down those stairs and into the gym. Also with only 6 of us going that way would be much faster. So, my friend Whitney and I decided to go the short way. Also 2 other girls that were jrs. from our gym class followed us. And two other girls that i have never seen in my life went the faster way too. So the 6 of us walk down the stairs and in front of us is the door that leads to the gym. We pull on the doors and much to our dismay, the doors are locked. DARN! so much for the fast way. We then went back up the stairs to go back into the weight room to go down the other stairs and go into the gym. And again we are looking at the doors that lead to the weight room and we pull... and GUESS WHAT!!! LOCKED! YES! Both sets of doors were locked. there are no windows in the doors either. they are black solid doors. So all six of us were trapped in the hallway. So we pounded on the door that leads to the weight room, and nobody answered. By this time everyone was downstairs and going through the gym to go into the locker room. So we ran down the stairs and started pounding on the door and yelling help, help, we are locked in! and sadly, no body came to the rescue. So we sat there, waiting, and waiting, still pounding on the door. Nobody came. I wanted to go to lunch! I wanted to go home! How long would we be in there? Nobody knows where we are!!! AAH!!! Luckily, one of the creepy girls I have never seen before was a bad student. And she had brought her phone to gym class with her. WOO!!!! A PHONE!! Perhaps we could tell someone we were in there and they could free us! but who to call?? I don't have many numbers memorised because I can just look for them in my contacts in my phone. So what to do? nobody knew who to call... THE SCHOOL! YES! We could call the school and they could send someone to free us!! At this time we still thought it was pretty funny, but we began to worry that we would be locked in the hallway for a very long time. AND we were in our ugly grey gym shirts and shorts. AND IT WAS SNOWING! And there was not any heat in that hallway, and if there was it was not on, and we did not fell warm. So anyway, we thought we would call the school, but would anyone know the schools number by heart? And again, LUCKILY, I was with another slacker girl that called the school often to call herself in because she wouldn't be at school that day. HA HA! So, she called the school and very nicely said, hello, I am Erin and we are trapped in a hallway near the Auxiliary gym. Could you please send somebody down to let us out? The lady on the other end simply said okay, and hung up. I don't think she believed us! But think about, would you believe a girl on the phone telling you that a bunch of girls are locked in a hallway and they need someone to let them out? I think she thought we were prank calling her. So we waited about 5 minutes, still banging on the door and yelling. Evidently nobody could hear us. And if they did, I guess they didn't care. So after the 5 or so minutes had past we called again. At this time the bell had rung and we were locked up during our lunch period. So a different girl called the second time and she said, "okay, seriously, there are 6 girls here and we are locked in a hallway. We need someone to come and let us out so that we can change and eat lunch." This time the lady believed us, and she called down an aide and so we waited. We waited another probably 8 minutes. So we were locked in there a very long time, probably almost 25 minutes. That is a long time to be locked in a hallway in your school. So FINALLY! the aide showed up. She was not happy. She opened the door and very rudely asked us what we were doing in there!! OBVIOUSLY WE were TRAPPED! and we were waiting for her to come let us out. Then she asked who our teacher was and we were all from different classes so we didn't name anyone and we were really just trying to get to lunch. So me and my friend ran to the locker room, and the other girls walked there too. Then I changed as fast as i could. And somehow that crazy mean hall aid was down there asking us for our names. The other slacker girls teased her and gave her crazy names, but then she asked to see all of our IDs so that she could give us referrals. =( I don't get referrals. I have never gotten one in my life. And to get one for accidentally getting locked into a hallway? WHAT!?!?! It isn't my fault my stupid school has doors that lock you into the hallway. SHEESH! I was very very sad. For those of you that may not know, I am a perfect student. I never get in trouble! I have NEVER gotten a referral EVER!!! I DON'T EVEN KNOW WHAT THAT IS!!!!! UHHH!!!! So, tomorrow me and the other 5 girls are having some sort meeting with the principal. I can't believe it though. My day was going rather well, and i really don't think that I should get in trouble. I made a mistake. How was I suppose to know that the door was going to be locked? It is always unlocked every other time! Also, how was i suppose to know that the other door would lock behind us? I didn't know. I have only been up to that room a few times and I was unaware. So yea, that is my story. I thought it was worth sharing. And I haven't posted anything in a really really long time. okay. so for those of you that read this blog. you may not know that i have a boyfriend. =] his name is Austin. he is a freshman. and yea. i like him. a whole bunch. so yea. if you have any questions you can leave me comments. and i can answer all of your questions in my next post. it will give me something to talk about. alright. so anyway, we are going to homecoming together and i thought i would share this story with you. At my school we were participating in "Pennies for Peace" a program that helps build schools in Pakistan. At my school there was a "homecoming package" that was available to anyone who donated three times. on three different days. anyone who did that, got their name put into a drawing for the prize. it included two homecoming shirts, with our slogan "FEAST ON EAST" =] and two tickets to the homecoming dance, and 50$ to a restaurant of the winners choice. sounds like a pretty good prize, don't you agree? so the other day me and Austin were discussing what we were going to do for homecoming. we disgused who was paying for what and rides and that sort of thing. and Austin said that he wanted to pay for all of my stuff. but Austin is a freshman. in high school. only fourteen years old. and ... he had a summer job. but he isn't making any money currently. so i was thinking that wasn't going to work so well, because his parents said they were not going to give him any money
(or so that is what he told me. but it is very possible that he just assumed that and didn't actually ask.) , but he assured me he would get the money. he didn't know how. but he would get it. he could use his birthday money he got last month. but then today during the morning announcements, they were telling everybody that the winner of the homecoming package would be drawn today. and YOU WILL NEVER GUESS WHO WON!!!!!!!!! AUSTIN!!!! YEA!!!! MY BESTEST BOYFRIEND EVER! HE WON! and it was crazy because we were just talking about who would be paying for dinner. and evidently our school will be giving us 50 DOLLARS FOR DINNER!!!! YAY!!!! =] and shirts! and tickets! i was so happy and i didn't even win! haha. I REALLY wish I could have seen his face though. that would have been amazing. I wish i could have seen MY face. I was so excited. and I wasn't even sure if he was going to be buying me dinner with that money. I was just happy that he won! =] but yea. I will answer any questions you may have about him. I know you all may be a little surprised that i haven't mentioned him sooner. this coming Monday will be our 2 months. =] so that's cool i guess. =] but please don't be mad at me that i waited 2 months to tell all of you. I just didn't have time. I have been so busy with school. and with my friends. and with Austin. but HERE YOU GO MOTHER!!!!!!! I POSTED A BLOG!!!!! WILL YOU STOP BUGGING ME ABOUT IT NOW!!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?! I POSTED SOMETHING NEW!!!!!! =] heehee.

HELLO AGAIN!

Long time no see.

So as many of you probably know last Thursday was my first day of school. =] It was very exciting. Currently, I am taking Honors Geometry Acc. , Spanish 2, Treble Choir/P.E. , and Honors English 10 Acc. =] That sounds super fun right? hm... what else? I know that i haven't posted a blog on here in a REALLY long time, so there must be more that I should tell all of you. Well last Wednesday I got my hair highlighted. It was a light brown color and now it has blond and red highlights! =] SUPER CUTE RIGHT?? YEA! I know! heehee. and all of my family members that read this blog may or may not know that I have a super fabulous boyfriend at the moment. YAY! =] Hes great. and really nice. Any question? you can comment this and i will be sure to answer them A.S.A.P.

It's MAY!!!!
already that is so crazy. well i haven't posted in oh, i don't know, a month! I am so sorry. I haven't had any time.

So upward bound took us to AI. which is the art institute of Chicago. it's like Chicago state university or something. I"m not quite sure but I know it is something like that. so anyway, we went there on Saturday, and we listened to a presentation. There they specialise in culinary, graphic arts, fashion, and interior design. While listening to the presentation I realised that i have no clue about what I want to do with my life. There are a lot of things that i know i want to accomplish, and i thought i knew what wanted to be "when i grew up". But now i am very confused. I am glad though. Most people that know me know that I have wanted to be a physical therapist ever since fifth grade. and I do. I think. I wanted to be that because i wanted to help people but i couldn't be a doctor or nurse because i hate blood, and gross things like that. I also love children and wanted to work with them, so I thought physical therapy perfect! But now I am having second thoughts. I know nothing about muscles and bones and the human body, and I am not quite sure if i want to learn about all of that. I have always wanted to be an educator. a teacher. But I'm not sure if i will be able to teach one thing in many different ways so that multiple children will understand me. My mom suggested speech and language therapy because there is a high demand for that, but I am not really sure if i would enjoy doing that every day. and yes i understand that I am only a freshman, but i am almost a sophomore, which means that half of my high school classes are already chosen. So I should have some idea of where I am going for the last two years. Most people I know, know that I am artistic and i love doing anything with the arts. but is that really a career? would i really be okay if i was a artist for the rest of my life? or should that just be a hobby that i have on the side? and another thing I have been thinking about is where i want to go. A while ago I was certain that i was going to be moving out to Arizona. which was good with me, i like Arizona. its peaceful, and and beautiful. and Joe Jonas was born there. :p also my grammie lives out there so i wouldn't be alone. and they have an amazing physical therapy program out there if i went into that. then I got an offer to go to Texas. ... hmm Texas might be good. I mean i don't see anything wrong with it. and nick Jonas was born there. My aunt and uncle live out there so i wouldn't be alone there either. And the newest place that i have been leaning toward for the past few months is California. When I went out there last summer, i fell in love. i LOVE California and it would be amazing if i lived there, or went to college there. if i wanted to go into the arts whether it be performing or visual, California is where a lot of the action is. and at cal state long beach they have physical therapy. plus Brandon and Kimberly and my aunt live out there. so again i wouldn't be lonely. AND one of the best things is Disneyland. I have always wanted to work there, and it would be amazing if i did. But no matter what i new i wanted to go west. WAY WEST FAR AWAY FROM HERE. Then this weekend when i went up to Chicago i was like...hmm, maybe i DO want to stay here after all. Chicago isn't that far away. and then we got a tour of the dorms for Colombia and depaul. and OMJ! They are amazing. I was sold. I was like man i wish there were dorms like this for every college. they were so beautiful, and clean and spacious. but i know nothing about Colombia so i don't know. So many options. This is like the first big choice in my life, and i don't want to choose the wrong one. Well that is what has been on my mind lately.

American idol:
What have i been telling you. the final three are going to be my favorite three guys. We only have one more week and my prediction will come true. I really want the final three to be David Archeleta, and Jason Castro, and David Cook. David Archeleta is such an amazing signer and he wants this really bad. Jason Castro isn't the best singer in the world but he is an amazing person and I love just watching him. David Cook, really knows how to perform and he signs awesome too. so they are all different, and i love them all.

Big Brother:
Now over and I am so sad, but i am super excited to announce that James(my favorite) won 25,000 dollars!!! because he was America's favorite jury member. I voted for him like 800 times and i am SO GLAD that he won.
